I am a career accountant and a specialist in Tax and Forensic Accounting who transitioned into academia in the field of corporate governance. I am a trained academic currently teaching Ethics & Governance and Business & Government at RMIT University. My PhD thesis explores corporate governance issues in Australia from a sociological perspective and primarily evaluates board recruitment systems and practices, examining how institutional factors influence the usefulness of boards.
