Stephanie Andel

Stephanie Andel is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis (IUPUI). Dr. Andel received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. Her research focuses on understanding the mechanisms by which workplace stressors influence employee health, well-being, and safety. Her work has been published in numerous highly regarded outlets such as Work & Stress, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Computers in Human Behavior.
