I have a Bachelors of Health Science, Minor in Gerontology from the University of Ottawa. I received my Masters in Gerontology from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am currently in my fourth year of my PhD in Nursing at the University of Alberta. My specialization is Gerontology and applied health services research.

I am a research trainee with the Translating Research in Elder Care (TREC) program of research.
