Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management, CQUniversity Australia

Stephanie Macht is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Head of Course (Master of Management for Engineers) in the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity Australia's Sydney campus. She teaches postgraduate management subjects, mostly in the fields of strategy and leadership, entrepreneurship and business research methods.

Prior to joining CQUniversity Australia, Stephanie was Principal Lecturer in Strategic and International Management and Programme Director for undergraduate management programmes and international partnerships at Northumbria University, United Kingdom.

Stephanie is an engaged and enthusiastic management educator, as well as researcher. She is published in international peer-reviewed management and education journals and contributed to various books, also in the management and education fields. Stephanie regularly presents her work at international conferences and enthusiastically supports the academic community through activities like reviewing, session chairing, member of editorial boards, and most recently as Conference Chair of the 2019 annual ANZAM (Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management) Conference.

Stephanie a member of the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) and also serves on the ANZAM board of directors. She is a SFEDI-accredited small business mentor and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
