Steve Granger

Steve Granger is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behaviour at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. His area of expertise is in occupational health psychology and research methods. His research focuses on the experience of adversity, as well as the individual (e.g. proactivity and resilience) and social processes (e.g. leadership and social support) that help individuals and organizations anticipate, prevent, or adapt to adversity. Steve serves on the editorial board of Human Relations and his work has been published in various journals, including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Journal of Safety Research, and Organizational Dynamics.
