Tanya is Collaborative Exchange Scholar at Yale University from summer 2014.
She is also a final-year doctoral candidate in Latin American Studies at University College London, completing a thesis on "Secrecy and the Production of Political Intimacy in Argentina, 1983 - 1999." She has broader interests in the intellectual history and political thought of Western Europe and Latin America, both in the recent past and the early modern period, and in questions of historical and textual methodologies for charting the ideas that have emerged from those contexts. Her thematic interests include democracy, secrecy, conspiracy, privacy, knowledge, scepticism and public opinion.
