Therese is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Griffith University and teaches corporate law, banking and finance law and international commercial arbitration. She wrote her Ph D thesis on “Regulating to Facilitate Access to Safe and Affordable Credit for Low Income Australians.”

Therese chairs the Australian Financial Inclusion Network and the board of Foresters Community Finance Ltd. She serves on the Queensland Law Society Banking and Finance law committee
