Abdulkader Mostafa

Abdulkader Mostafa is is Assistant Professor, Finance at EBS and teaches various UG and PG finance courses. Before moving into academia, Abdulkader had more than 20 years of work experience in both the commercial and investment banking. During his career in investment banking he had extensive exposure to all types of transactions including Islamic finance, real estate funds, IPO, private equity, M&A and restructuring finance. He gained comprehensive experience in detailed financial modelling, fundamental financial analysis, financial due-diligence and corporate valuation. He also gained excellent experience in debt financing. He managed a large credit portfolio of corporate clients and participated in a large number of project finance transactions in both conventional and Islamic modes. Dr Mostafa completed his MSc and PhD degrees in the field of real estate investment and finance at Heriot-Watt University. His primary research is centred round real estate investment and finance.
