I'm an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Scheller College of Business of Georgia Tech. In my research, I use analytics for studying and optimizing processes in experiential economies. I have worked on problems related to new product development, service design, and content curation in the context of music streaming, social media platforms, museums, tourism sector, and related experiential markets.
