Achilleas Pavlou

One of my main research interest lies in the scientific study of sleep and lucid dreams. My PhD thesis investigated lucid dream induction methods and individual differences in lucid dreaming frequency. I'm particularly interested in external stimulation induction methods (light, tactile, audio) and understanding the required characteristics for successful stimulus incorporation into the dream content. The thesis work culminated into a novel technique for inducing lucid dreams through external stimulation that is powered by Machine Learning algorithms. I would love to work with a company/investors towards creating a lucid dream induction wearable or research lucid dreaming under a grant/institution. Contact me at pavlou.ac@unic.ac.cy
