As a seasoned Lecturer I deliver multidisciplinary sessions in Engineering Management and Education, Social sciences, Politics, Computer science, research methods, and Qualitative and quantitative research, I also specialize in imparting cutting-edge Electrical and Mechanical Engineering knowledge (with a focus on the power industry) to a diverse cohort of undergraduates, postgraduates, and industry professionals. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my dynamic learning sessions which encompass a broad spectrum of subjects including power engineering, plant design, and industry legislation, all tailored to meet the evolving standards of engineering practice and management.

My academic journey culminated in a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of York, where my research delved into the driving forces behind engineers’ continuous professional development (CPD). Focusing on motivation, employability, and engagement, this research informed my approach to engineering education. My scholarly pursuits extend to renewable energy, with my insights disseminated through various publications, notably on aligning engineering curricula with job market trends.

Fueled by a genuine desire to narrow the divide between academia and industry, I leverage my analytical acumen, eloquent communication, and adept problem-solving to tackle diverse projects. My educational repertoire is further enriched by certifications in Mandarin Chinese, Higher Education Administration, and proficiency in several software tools, underscoring my dedication to lifelong learning and interdisciplinary expertise.
