Akshaya Kamalnath

Associate Professor Akshaya Kamalnath joined the Australian National University College of Law in February 2021. Before this, she has held academic positions at AUT in New Zealand, and Deakin University in Australia. Akshaya is a member of the Insolvency Scholars Forum which is part of the Insolvency Law Academy in India, and a board member of INSOL Early Researcher Academics.

Akshaya has authored the book The Corporate Diversity Jigsaw, published by Cambridge University Press, and a number of law journal articles and blog posts. She blogs at the Hitchhikers Guide to Corporate Governance.
