Alex is interested in disinformation and the ways in which new technologies influence online political discourse. He has worked as a Public Policy Researcher at the Centre for the Future of Democracy, and at the London-based AI think tank Future Advocacy. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Cambridge University, where he conducted statistical analyses of online partisanship and disinformation in the Canadian context, as well as a B.A. from McGill University in Economics and Music Technology.
