After obtaining a PhD in Economics at UCLA, I worked at the Federal Reserve Board for 8 years, I then was an Assistant Professor at the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis for 4 years, and since 2005, have been at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary
