Alicia Bencomo Garcia

Alicia Bencomo Garcia is a Ph.D. candidate in Education at the University of California at Davis. Her research is accountable to minoritized students who experience academic probation, academic disqualification and those who are reinstated. Through her work, she challenges institutions to better serve students, by pulling them in instead of pushing them out, when they encounter academic challenges.
