Dr. Allen Gallagher is a research associate at the University of Bath and a member of the Tobacco Control Research Group (@BathTR), which is a partner in the STOP project (@exposetobacco)- a global tobacco industry watchdog with a mission to expose the industry's tactics to undermine public health.
He has a PhD from the University of Bath and an MSc. (with distinction) in drug & alcohol studies and a BA (1st class Honours) in politics and sociology from the University of the West of Scotland.
Allen’s current research focuses on contemporary problems and practices in illicit tobacco trade and their implications for public health.
