Alyxander May

I am a first year PhD Student Researcher at Nottingham Trent University, I am working on a Human Behavioural Analysis system to be incorporated with Social Mobile Robots, in a hope to look at ways of aiding disabled users in their own homes. My main research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, 3D Printing, Human-Robot Spatial Interaction and Assistive Technology for the Disabled.

I completed my MComp in Computer Science at the University of Lincoln in 2015. In my final year I had my first taste of robotics research which helped shape my current interests. Robotics for me is the perfect way to link my two strongest passions of technology and support for the disabled.
