Amber McLeod is a lecturer and researcher in the Faculty of Education, Monash University. Before joining Monash, she was a microbiologist and then taught English as an additional language in Japan, Brunei and Australia. Access and equity is a thread that runs through Amber’s academic interests. She is involved in projects that use technology to support student learning and the development of transferable skills. Amber’s teaching and research interests are closely intertwined as she explores the best way to prepare pre-service teachers to effectively use digital technology in their teaching.
