Amity James

Amity is an Associate Professor in the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance in the Faculty of Business and Law. An experienced housing researcher, Amity has an interest in housing for older people, housing affordability and housing policy. She has examined the experiences of living in the private rental sector, housing aspirations and residential mobility in later life.
