Senior Lecturer in Forensic Psychology, University of Worcester

Amy is a Registered Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She has recently joined the University of Worcester as a Senior Lecturer in Forensic Psychology. Amy previously taught at Coventry University for a period of nine years and was responsible for the teaching of forensic psychology at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Amy has experience of acting as a course director for both campus based and blended learning versions of accredited forensic psychology masters courses and has successfully supervised approximately 80 forensic psychology dissertation students, many of whom have gone on to complete Stage 2 of the qualification towards becoming a Chartered and Registered Forensic Psychologist. Amy is passionate about both teaching and research and sees her role as bridging the gap between research and practice within the policing and investigative arenas.
