Associate Professor in Social and Organisational Psychology, Durham University

I am a social and organisational psychologist with business and academic experience. Before beginning my PhD, I worked for Deloitte (consulting – Human Capital). Currently, I am an Associate Professor at Durham University.

My research interests include social identity, well-being, social change, prejudice and social exclusion/inclusion of individuals and groups in different contexts.

Current areas of research include:

• Social identity and well-being
• Long Covid experiences
• Macro-level events (e.g., Brexit, COVID-19) and employees’ well-being
• Gender and ethnic bias in organisations
• Speciesism, sustainability and pro-environmental behaviour
