Andrei Alexander Lux

Andrei Alexander Lux is a Lecturer in Leadership at the School of Business and Law in Edith Cowan University. Andrei’s research focuses on Leadership and Organizational Behavior, with interests in positive follower outcomes such as Engagement, Commitment, and Satisfaction, as well as Cross-Cultural issues such as Cognition and Values. Andrei conducts original management research in domestic, cross-cultural, and international contexts, using an array of quantitative research methods. Andrei's current projects are about Authentic Leadership and Implicit Leadership Theory.
