Andrew O’Neil is Professor of Political Science and Dean of Research in the Griffith University Business Faculty. From 2014-16 he was Head of the School of Government and International Relations at Griffith, and before that Director of the Griffith Asia Institute. Prior to entering academia in 2000, Andrew worked as a Commonwealth Public Servant. His most recent book (edited with Michael Heazle) is China’s Rise and Australia-Japan-US Relations: Primacy and Leadership in East Asia (Edward Elgar, 2018).
