Andy Rowell is a senior Research Fellow at the University of Bath and Director of the Tobacco Tactics team at the Tobacco Control Research Group, which is a partner in the global tobacco industry watchdog, STOP, funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies. The Tobacco Tactics website is a unique academic resource tracking the activities of the industry and its allies. It has just been relaunched after ten years of operation: Tobaccotactics.org
