Angela Lee is an Assistant Professor at Ryerson University's Faculty of Law. Her research critically considers the intersections between new and emerging technologies, the environment, various forms of justice (including intergenerational, intragenerational, and interspecies), and the law, particularly in the context of food and agriculture. Her work on this topic has been published in the Dalhousie Law Journal, the University of Ottawa Law Review, the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law, and Canadian Food Studies, among others. She is also a co-editor of a volume on Food Law and Policy in Canada.
