Lecturer and Researcher, Curtin University

Angie is an Academic at Curtin University's Faculty of Business and Law, with a PhD from Curtin University Sustainability Policy (CUSP) Institute. Angie’s contributions are focused on shifting our collective mind set away from waste towards sustainable materials management, highlighting the role strategic communication and governance restructure plays in advancing transformation.

She also holds a Marketing Degree with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts. Acting as a marketing and communications advisor, with a particular passion in the implementation of environmental initiatives, public policy and sector change.

Angie has published and presented her research across several forums including; Waste Management Journal of Cleaner Productions, The Sustainable Production and Consumption Forum in Shanghai China, and The International Sustainability Transitions Conferences,

Angie has worked in various marketing and business development roles, including two consultancy roles in India. Her work has been facilitated across China, Malaysia, India, Brazil, Czech Republic, France and Netherlands. She is currently employed with Renewable Energy firm Balance Services Group.
