Anis Wahyu Intan Maris is a lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. She is currently a PhD Candidate at the Department of Management and Organisation, University of Western Australia Business School. Her research interest is in promoting disability employment and the people with disability well-being at the workplace. She also founded an educational platform for Down Syndrome, Down Syndrome Indonesia (@ds_indonesia), to promote an inclusive society for People with Down Syndrome and their families.
