Anita is a senior lecture at Cardiff Metropolitan University and lectures in a variety of subjects such as Biochemistry, Food Processing, Baking & Confectionery and Sensory Analysis. Anita’s research interests lie in consumer behaviour, sensory analysis of food and innovation in baking industry.
Anita runs short courses for industry and schools to train staff and promote food science among young pupils. She is also a member of Food Industry Centre (FIC) at Cardiff Met to support food projects related to improving the quality of the end products, innovation in baked goods free from sugar and fat reduction.
