Ann Hemingway

I am a professor of public health who focuses on inequalities and well being. I am a registered nurse by background and have worked extensively internationally on funded research. My post at Bournemouth University focuses on research and enterprise in the field of public health with a specific focus on inequality.

I am involved in the following projects:

* Evaluating Arts Link Fizz: a project funded through the Big Lottery focused on improving the wellbeing of local people through dance and the arts.

* Staying Active and Independent for Longer (SAIL): an EU-funded study to develop eleven social innovations across three countries to help ageing people be more active and remain independent for longer.
