Anna Carlson is a researcher at the University of Queensland. Her research examines racial and spatial governance in settler colonial cities, with a specific interest in how practices of surveillance function to produce and maintain colonial regimes. Beyond the university, Anna is a cofounder and organiser of the Brisbane Free University, co-host of feminist radio show Radio Reversal and a freelance radio producer, illustrator and writer.
