I am a PhD candidate and also a winner of the departmental Graduate Teaching Assistantship researching Eastern European young people's engagement with race and gender – with a specific focus on Hungarian children and the Hungarian context. My research also looks at post-feminism and the representation of women. I have a decade of experience working in film and media with a background in education, as a teacher of Hungarian Grammar and Literature. I am currently the YECREA representative to the Audience and Reception Studies section of the European Communication Research and Education Association.
