Annette Hirsch

I am an Earth systems scientist who specialises in land-atmosphere interactions and feedbacks. I use state-of-the-art Earth System Models in my research to understand how terrestrial and hydrological processes are affected by climate change and how changes in energy and water partitioning affect local climate. My long-term research goal is to improve how we represent human management systems in Earth System Models to understand the policy implications of future land and water use in the context of a changing climate.
