As a Research Associate at IMD, Anouk’s work focusses mainly on leadership, entrepreneurship and family business. She is the author of case studies as well as video cases, program materials, articles, Global Signals and book chapters. Anouk was an editor for the book "Investing Private Capital in Emerging and Frontier Market Small and Medium Businesses." On the pedagogical side, she also has experience as a Learning Manager for blended-learning leadership programs. Anouk’s industry background is in marketing and communications. In Paris, she worked as EMEA Marketing Manager for the software editor ILOG, now an IBM company.
