I enjoy developing my knowledge through research. Identifying areas for improvement in all areas of business is a keen interest of mine, specifically focusing on organisational practice, diversity management, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Experiences as a lecturer, teacher, entrepreneur, sport development officer, student, and sportsman, have shown me how research can positively impact the lives of others. My current focus is to conduct research that positively impacts organisational culture and to facilitate the best learning environment possible enabling all students to flourish. I strive to conduct the highest professional standards and live by the ideology to treat others how I would like to be treated.
