Ario Bimo Utomo is a lecturer at the Deparment of International Relations, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur. He also works as a researcher for the Center for Identity and Urban Studies (Centrius). His researches mainly revolve around topics such as paradiplomacy, comparative politics, and nationalism.
