I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). I am currently also the Deputy Director of the Centre of Excellence in Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, South Africa. I am incredibly passionate about my research which is mainly on developing mathematical models to solve problems in fluid mechanics. I also work on problems in industries such as mining, energy conservation, and sugar production.
