Associate Professor, University of Technology Sydney

Asif is academic cum practitioner. He is associate professor and Director of the DigiSAS Lab at the School of Computer Science, University of Technology Sydney.He specialises in enterprise architecture, information architecture, agile software development, information security & privacy for information-centric secure digital ecosystems.

His earlier and extensive experience in agile software development and information security provided a strong foundation for later work in adaptive strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance.

He is certified as a CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) for information security, CDVDV (Certified Data Vault Data Modeler - Mastery Level) for information architecture, ABA (Applied Business Architecture) & TOGAF 9 (Level 1 & 2) for enterprise architecture, ITIL (Foundation) for service architecture and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) for lean business process architecture. He has also PhD Computing, MSc Computing and Master of Business.
