Dr Augusta Dorning holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours), Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate in Business Leadership. She is a practicing academic and lectures by invitation at South African universities in the subjects of leadership, human resource management, marketing, international business, and healthcare management. Dr Dorning reviews conference papers and participates in the organizing of healthcare and leadership conferences, and also serves as external moderator and external examiner of MBA and MCom dissertations.
