My research interest and expertise is around social and managerial impacts and implications of information systems and business analytics applications. I am interested in both positive impacts as well as adverse outcomes of technology on people and society, and specially how vulnerable groups of users maybe impacted by them. Since 2006, I have primarily conducted my research in the fields of education, health, and innovation, and extensively published results of my research in high rank international journals and conferences.
