My research interest and expertise is around the impacts and implications of social computing applications on organizations and people, and how social information systems empower individuals and businesses to create value and innovate. Equally, my research also includes dark sides of the use of social computing platforms and how vulnerable groups of users maybe impacted by them. Since 2006, I have primarily conducted my research in the fields of education, health, and innovation, and extensively published results of my research in high rank international journals and conferences.
