Energy Education Trust of New Zealand Professor of Energy & Resource Economics and Director of The Energy Centre. His research interests span the field of energy and resource economics, economics of the environment, and law and economics. He has a specific interest in the application of economics and econometric methods to contemporary resource and environmental problems. His current research focuses on renewable energy, contract design under uncertainty, rights based systems of governance and spatial modelling.
