Dr Koh is a medical doctor with postgraduate degrees of Masters in Psychology, Masters in Medicine and PhD. His doctorate thesis explored the ethics and legality of sports policies and medicines. He has published extensively in areas of medicine, law, policy and ethics and is completing a degree in Law.
