Benjamin Litherland

Benjamin Litherland is a senior lecturer in media and popular culture. He has published widely on the past and present of popular culture, with a focus on audiences and fans. He is currently working on a monograph on the overlap of popular and political communication, and the ethics and moralities of participatory culture. He is also co-editing Participatory Culture Wars: Controversy, Conflict and Complicity in Fandom
