Berta started her PhD at the University of Leicester in 2012. Previously she studied a degree in political sciences and public administration and two masters: the first one in Political Strategy and Communication at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the second in Political Behaviour and Public Opinion at the University of Essex.
Berta’s main field of interest is in the interrelations between: Political information and communication, Public opinion and mood and Political behaviour.
Especially in the study of the ways in which parties and other political actors can affect citizens’ perceptions and behaviours.
