Bich Thi Ngoc Tran

Bich TN Tran, Ph.D., is a Research Associate at The Dartmouth Institute. Her interests include gifted education, politics of education, educational leadership, comparative studies, and cyber education. She earned a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the Asian University for Women in Bangladesh, an M.A. in Political Science from Illinois State University, and a doctorate degree in Education Policy from the University of Arkansas.
