Bill Corcoran

Bill is a researcher in optical communications, with a focus on using unique aspects of optical physics to solve problems in fibre optic communication systems.
Bill completed his PhD at U. Sydney in 2011, moving to a post-doctoral research position at Chalmers University (Gothenburg, Sweden), before joining Monash University in late 2013.
Bill's research focuses on physical methods to improve the capacity of our global information infrastructure.
