Blandina Mmbaga

Based in Moshi, Tanzania, Blandina Mmbaga is a pediatrician at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center, lecturer at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College of the Tumaini University Makumira (KCMUC), and director of the Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute. She received her Medical Degree at Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy in Russia and her Masters degree in Medicine specialising in pediatric and child health at KCMUC. She received her PhD in public health and epidemiology at the University of Bergen in Norway. She is a contributor to the antimicrobial resistance strategy of the Tanzanian Codex Alimentarius Committee (link to website - http://www.kcri.ac.tz/research/researchers/prof-dr-blandina-t-mmbaga).
