Bo is a Research Fellow in Health Policy at the Mitchell Institute for Education and Health Policy based in Melbourne, Australia. Her PhD thesis is focused on the global assessment of national physical activity and sedentary behaviour policies. She holds a master’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in European studies. She is co-author of the "Comprehensive Analysis of Policy on Physical Activity" framework. She is involved in several international and national research projects and is a researcher in the Global Observatory for Physical Activity – GoPA! network. In 2017, she received Early Career Research Award at the HEPA Europe conference for her global systematic review on physical activity and sedentary behaviour policies.
