Bo Li is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Public Management and Policy at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies of Georgia State University. Her research focuses on nonprofit management and social equity, with particular interests in racial diversity, finance and resource development, and inter-organizational collaboration for social service provision.
Her dissertation, supported by the Provost’s Dissertation Fellowship and the Andrew Young School Dissertation Fellowship, explores whether and how nonprofit leaders’ race or ethnicity affects management strategies and organizational attractiveness to job seekers.
