Bob Burstow

Bob Burstow's main research interest is in effective professional development in schools and he applies this in a series of continuing professional development programmes that he develops and delivers in collaboration with commissioning schools.

In addition he lectures in Teacher Development and School Effectiveness and Improvement at Masters level and co-directs the current renegotiation of the initial teacher education programmes offered by Kings College.
