Brian Garvey

I research labour in relation to primary commodity production, with a particular focus on trade between Latin America and Europe. I am interested in effects and conflicts related to new natural resource capture and community based alternatives for land and energy reform. I work across the disciplines of Geography, Sociology and Political Economy and with colleagues in Health, Environmental Law and Renewable Energy Engineering.
